Hello, 

Thank you for registering for a free trial class at Phoenix Calisthenics Club. 

Come along and trial for free a unique Australian dance sport with a focus on fun, friendship and fitness. 

Our classes are taught by qualified coaches who are all accredited with calisthenics coaching qualifications, first aid certificates and working with children checks. 

Please wear either shorts and a t-shirt or a leotard if you have one. 

Please bring along a water bottle.
